At Kissy Kissy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the original packing slip is included inside the box for faster processing.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
